ThinkDocu Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025-12-23. These Terms govern your access to ThinkDocu and outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ThinkDocu (the "Service"), provided by Infinutech Team (the "Team"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on ThinkDocu for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ThinkDocu's platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Use ThinkDocu's name, logo, design, or other brand assets (or anything confusingly similar) without written permission
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
ThinkDocu and related names, logos, and branding are owned by Infinutech and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of our brand may result in legal enforcement.
3. User Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all rights to the content you upload to ThinkDocu. By uploading content, you grant Infinutech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use the content
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ThinkDocu:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service
6. Content Moderation and Removal
ThinkDocu reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content uploaded to the platform that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed inappropriate. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to:
- Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence against individuals or groups
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Content promoting illegal activities or substances
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening content
- Private or confidential information shared without consent
If we determine that content violates our policies, we may take the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the content
- Issue a warning to the user
- Temporarily or permanently suspend the user's account
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
Users can report inappropriate content by contacting our support team at support@infinutech.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.
7. Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Infinutech cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your ThinkDocu account at any time. We process deletions upon request by removing access and scheduling your data (including files, notes, chats, and progress) for permanent deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements.
- Send an email from your account email address requesting deletion
- We will cancel active subscriptions to stop future renewals as part of the deletion process
- Once deletion is confirmed, it cannot be undone and data cannot be recovered

11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinutech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
12. Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
