ThinkDocu Account Deletion
Request deletion of your ThinkDocu account and data. We will verify your request and process it securely.
1. How to Request Deletion
To delete your ThinkDocu account, send an email from your account email address to:

Subject: ThinkDocu Account Deletion Request
Please include your username or any account identifiers so we can locate your account quickly.
2. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your account email address or provide additional details to verify your identity before we proceed.
3. What Gets Deleted
When we confirm your deletion request, the following will be removed:
- Account profile and identifiers
- Uploaded videos, notes, and playlists
- Usage history and progress data
- Stored preferences and settings
4. Processing Time
We typically complete deletion within 30 days of verification. If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled as part of the deletion process to prevent future billing.
5. Data Retention for Legal Purposes
We may retain limited records required by law, such as billing or compliance records, for the minimum period necessary. All retained data is secured and access is restricted.
