These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IELTS Speaking Test Prep mobile application ("App", "Service") developed by Infinutech. By using our App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IELTS Speaking Test Prep is an IELTS Speaking test preparation application that provides:

• IELTS-style questions covering all three parts of the Speaking test
• Voice recording capabilities for IELTS Speaking practice
• AI-powered assessment of speaking skills including grammar accuracy, vocabulary range, coherence and cohesion, fluency and rhythm, and pronunciation clarity
• Personalized feedback and recommendations to improve your band score
• Progress tracking and detailed performance analytics

The App is designed as an educational tool to help users prepare for the IELTS Speaking test and achieve their target band score.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

This app is designed for users aged 13 and above:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Users between 13-17 years should review these Terms with a parent or guardian
• Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their teen's use of the App
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements

4. User Account and Registration

4.1 Account Security

If the App requires account registration:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes to practice and prepare for the IELTS Speaking test.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or features
• Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code, design, and architecture
• Practice questions and assessment algorithms
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, and user interface

are owned by Infinutech or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and practice data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your recordings to provide assessment services
• Store your data as necessary for app functionality
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App

We will not use your recordings for any purpose beyond providing you with the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Payment

The App may offer:

• Free features with limited functionality
• Premium features requiring subscription or one-time purchase
• In-app purchases for additional content

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
